I had previously seen a different doctor at a different practice about pain in my knee. The previous doctor told me I was okay and to ice it and take Advil. Dr. Gerdeman took my concerns seriously and provided an answer as to why I’m having pain rather than dismissing me. Not once did I feel rushed through the processor like I was just another patient.
