“Doctor and staff were all fantastic.
Front desk staff member (didn't catch his name) was extremely professional (tall with round glasses). Taking the time to walk patients back to the other waiting area instead of just telling them to turn right, make a left, and go down the hall is not something you see in other clinics. Truly professional, and I saw him treat multiple patients w/ the same respect during my time in the clinic.”

“Dr. Kadrmas always knows who I am and what I need before entering the exam room. He reviews my records before seeing me so the time he spends with me, he is not on the computer or looking at a screen - he is focused on me, the patient. He provides the very best quality of care. I see him (or his PA) every 3 months and they are both extremely caring and kind. Dr. Kadrmas gives me shots in the shoulder for arthritis to relieve pain and delay surgery. Although he is a surgeon and he could be just "selling me surgery" he helps me without pushing medicine as an option but always letting me know that it is an option when I am ready. I much appreciate the respect and care that he gives me as his patient. His skill as a surgeon is also unsurpassed. A number of years ago, he rebuilt my elbow that had been shattered in a fall. Although I have a lot of metal in my elbow, it works almost as well as before it was injured. And that is due to Dr. Kadrmas work ethic and skill in the operating room. The surgery lasted nearly 6 hours - and it worked! Thank you, Dr. Kadrmas, for that!”
