“Dr. Simic explained what my problem was/is, suggestions for interim help (injections and physical therapy), then the final step - surgery. He is a kindly, attentive, caring doctor, whom I have and would highly recommend. This is my 4th surgery by a SCOI physician/surgeon. I feel that my medical issues are being addressed and rectified by the finest and most knowledgeable in the business. I also appreciate having written information available on each of the physicians. “I saw Dr. Simic who recommended an MRI. MRI was done on December 19th at 7 am. No one ever called for a followup after the results. I called back in early January, and the earliest I could get a followup is January, 31. That seems like an awful lot of time to endure my shoulder pain waiting for a follow-up. The scheduler did not seem accommodating.”

“Dr. Simic repaired a triple fracture of my left radius. My excellent treatment and surgery was conducted at SCOI by a very professional staff. Dr. Simic and his Thousand Oaks staff have been very attentive to my care and needs. On numerous occasions, I received telephone calls following up asking my status and offering assistance. They placed me in an occupational therapy program with Alma. Alma has been wonderful and has really helped me get the use of my left wrist and hand back.
