“When I came to see Dr. Leighton, my quality of life was poor. I was in constant pain, unable to do simple things like stand, sleep, walk, swim. I am even doing yoga regularly, something I had never done with my “tight” muscles. I am back to living, walking the beach and biking, going out to listen to music, and getting ready to leave for a two-week road trip tonight.
