“Dr. Malone and I have some history with some knee and heel issues. Sunday, I broke my arm. Went to ER had X-ray and splint put on. Call Dr. Malone, and he responded promptly and told me to be in the office at 8:30 Monday morning. Sandy at the front desk was very helpful in filling out paperwork as I could not write. Dr. Malone gave me the diagnosis and recovery program, and I was in and out in 2 hours. That’s remarkable for a patient without an appointment. MGO is a top rate facility with imaging, surgery center, rehab facility, and an amazing staff of Doctors, nurses, therapists, and technicians. I highly recommend MGO to anyone with ortho problems.”

“I am a repeat patient - Dr. Malone’s practice oversaw my PT following my left knee surgery and are now managing me for my right knee. His staff was courteous and professional. After arriving for my appointment, there was an issue with my referral - Tricare had dropped the ball and failed to change my referral status from pending to approved. Instead of canceling and rescheduling my appointment (which would have been inconvenient and nearly impossible with my wife’s work schedule since I couldn’t drive myself) they made the common sense decision to make an exception and see me despite my pending referral status. It’s this local practice mentality to treat people like human beings and work with you that you won’t find at many other corporate style providers. They always answer the phone when you call through their call center, or if you leave a voicemail, they call back promptly. The customer/patient care I’ve received has been top-notch, and it’s for this reason I’ll always trust Middle Georgia Orthopaedics for all my physical therapy needs.”
