“Have had left shoulder pain and decreased range of motion for the last six months, saw Dr. Chambers today for the first time for this issue (he'd previously performed a TKR for my wife) with X-rays and Examination indicating that a Cortisone Injection was warranted. The Injection got presented along with a PT script. I'm writing this approximately 8 hours post Injection, and the pain has decreased, and the range of motion increased — excellent diagnosis and treatment.”
