“My experience with Dr. Kwak and all his care teams has been exceptional, from his pre-operative team at SCOI to the surgical team at the surgical center and the post-operative experience with the "Get-well" App. This was my first surgery. He gave me adequate time and attention to my physical exam, checked for pain points, and asked questions. Regarding the X-ray images, he explained what he was seeing, answered a few questions I had directly, and told me he would recommend that I see a back specialist based on what the images indicated to his practiced eye. This was also entirely professional and not just ignoring an area that wasn't his "specific or specialty" area. Before leaving the room, he asked if I had any additional questions, which I appreciated, and then he left, again, not seeming rushed.
