The staff was easy-going, not the slightest bit hurried or rude, and attentive to my comfort. They were very conscious about cleanliness. They checked my information about 6 times, marked the area of surgery with a marker a couple of different times, and the paperwork took 5 minutes, tops. I have only praise-no complaints at all.
