“I’ve seen Dr. Peavy twice to discuss revision surgery for my knee. On both visits, he talked with me and not just to me. He was patient and clearly explained his thoughts on my situation and plan. He answered all my questions, and I can have quite a few. He hasn’t done my surgery yet (it’s scheduled), but I’d recommend chatting with him at least. I really appreciated the time he took with me. I never felt like he was rushing me out to get to his next patient, which might be why I had to wait a little in the waiting area during my next appointment. I’m okay with that, as once they call you back, he will see you in just a few minutes.”
