“I have been very pleased with everything involved with my rotator cuff injury, from the point of diagnosis through the surgery and now the beginning of recovery and rehab. Dr. Schamblin and his entire staff have been very professional and friendly at all times. I have always been treated as a person and not a number. Dr. Schamblin did an excellent job of explaining what the totality of the injury was, what kind of surgery would be needed, and what the recovery and rehab process is going to involve. I have never had a long wait for appointments. The wait has always been less than ten minutes from the time I checked in. The online preparation for and follow-up for surgery has been very helpful. While having a shoulder repaired is never a pleasant thing to go through, all the interaction I have had with Dr. Schamblin, his staff, and SCOI has been very pleasant. Thank you!”
