“My original appointment was with Dr. Spelts. He effectively started the process with an MRI and follow-up appointment and efficiently put the next steps in to ensure I had an appointment set up before I left the office to see Dr. Mendelis. A few days later, I saw Dr Mendelis, who took the same action. The next steps were agreed to, and he ensured I had an appointment to see Dr. Haroutunian shortly before I left. In addition, he scheduled a follow-up appointment to consult with him in three weeks on his progress and next steps. I appreciated the fact that phone calls, wait time, etc., were negated because all the doctors took the time to ensure the next appointment with the appropriate doctor was scheduled before I left. They have the best practice and are consistent among all three doctors.”
