“I had absolutely no waiting at check-in, going to the exam room, going to X-ray, returning from X-ray to the exam room, or before the appearance of the doctor. Everyone took as much time as I needed to answer my questions, including the surgical scheduler. In fact, they all encouraged me to ask additional questions to be sure that I thoroughly understood everything. Even before COVID, I have never had anything but the best of care here.”
