“I have seen Dr. Porter three times regarding my knee problem caused by rheumatoid arthritis. In every encounter, Dr. Porter has been very thorough and attentive to my concerns, discussing my condition thoroughly. He ordered an MRI to better determine the condition of my knee and recommend a path forward. Although I was hoping for arthroscopy, which is a less invasive procedure, Dr. Porter explained that he (along with consultation with other orthopedic specialists) thinks it would do more harm than good. He recommended a total knee replacement as the best course of action. He explained the situation in very clear and explicit terms. I would highly recommend Dr. Porter to anyone who needs an orthopedic specialist.”
