“I have been fortunate enough to work with both Dr. Alley and Dr. Rosenbaum for my foot surgery. I initially was seen by Dr. Alley, who provided me with excellent care and sound advice as far as a treatment plan for my injured foot. He referred me to Dr. Rosenbaum, who has been great from start to finish. He takes the time to answer your questions and uses terminology you understand. The surgery itself was pain free. I am in my 6th month of healing and have begun to run again. I am able to walk up and down my stairs without the excruciating pain I felt prior to the surgery. Hands down I have had the best possible care from my Dr.'s at the Bone and Joint Center.”

He told me what to expect - a plate and screws, pain, swelling, recovery time - casts needed, air boot, and physical therapy. He and Brit were always available if I had any questions. “From the very first visit Dr. Rosenbaum listened to what my concerns were and took them seriously. Four previous doctors had told me that at my age (I was 49 the time of the first visit) I wouldn't have that many more years of being active but not Dr. Rosenbaum. Dr. Rosenbaum believed what I was saying that the issue I was having was having a big impact on the quality of my life due to limiting my activities and he reassured me that at any age that is what is important. Dr. Rosenbaum was also the first doctor that was familiar with my genetic bone disorder that I have seen since my own orthopedic surgeon retired many years ago. I felt reassured and confident with my decision to go ahead with the surgery choosing Dr. Rosenbaum after visiting multiple doctors and taking two years to get this far. I am now 8 weeks post op and I am still happy that I made the decision and that I am in the care of Dr. Rosenbaum. I just can't put it in words how grateful I am for his care.”
